Refresh dated claims and keep the issue’s observation period visible. These are complete draft newsletters; they have not been emailed, published or scheduled.
- Confirm that any event described as upcoming is still upcoming on the intended send date.
- Keep a weekly observation separate from a monthly result and a forecast separate from actual performance.
- Check whether a quoted rule has an announcement date, publication date and a different effective date.
- Retain “asking”, “estimated”, “deed value” and “forecast” labels beside transaction and valuation numbers.
- Test every reader-facing link and replace any proposed tool call to action with a real, approved destination only when that product exists.
The October 20 refresh updates the weekly issue date and calendar language. It also corrects the HVS survey description: both ground-up and conversion budgets are included. The longer explanation and complete sources remain part of this document so that an editor can inspect the basis of each draft before extracting it for publication.
